Power station runtime cards to print and lend
Free printable cards for Jackery Explorer 300 v2, Jackery Explorer 1000 v2, EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus: hours for a fridge, a CPAP and an electric blanket, from stated watts and capacity.
Runtimes are arithmetic from maker-stated capacity and device watts, with every assumption printed on the card. We have not tested any of these stations. How we research | How links work
The short answer
Each card below gives runtime in hours for a fridge, a CPAP machine and an electric blanket on one power station: capacity x 0.85 / device watts. A 288 Wh Jackery Explorer 300 v2 runs the median ENERGY STAR top-freezer fridge for about 5.9 hours. Print them free for a library or lending program.

The cards
Print this page, or just the cards you need, and keep one with each station. Hours assume the station starts full, one device at a time and nothing else plugged in.
Jackery Explorer 300 v2: how long will it run?
Battery 288 Wh. AC output 300 W, surge 600 W. Do not plug in anything rated above 300 W.
| Device | Watts used | About this many hours | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full-size fridge (top freezer) | 41.4 W | 5.9 | capacity, watts, 0.85 |
| CPAP (ResMed AirSense 11) | 56.1 W | 4.4 | capacity, watts, 0.85 |
| Electric blanket (Sunbeam Microplush) | 100 W | 2.4 | capacity, watts, 0.85 |
Hours = 288 Wh x 0.85 / watts. A fridge cycles on and off and draws more for a moment when the compressor starts. Real runtimes vary with settings, room temperature and battery age. Source: buyerdecision.com/tools/power-station-runtime-cards
Jackery Explorer 1000 v2: how long will it run?
Battery 1,070 Wh. AC output 1,500 W, surge 3,000 W. Do not plug in anything rated above 1,500 W.
| Device | Watts used | About this many hours | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full-size fridge (top freezer) | 41.4 W | 22 | capacity, watts, 0.85 |
| CPAP (ResMed AirSense 11) | 56.1 W | 16 | capacity, watts, 0.85 |
| Electric blanket (Sunbeam Microplush) | 100 W | 9.1 | capacity, watts, 0.85 |
Hours = 1,070 Wh x 0.85 / watts. A fridge cycles on and off and draws more for a moment when the compressor starts. Real runtimes vary with settings, room temperature and battery age. Source: buyerdecision.com/tools/power-station-runtime-cards
EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus: how long will it run?
Battery 286 Wh. AC output 600 W, surge 1,200 W. Do not plug in anything rated above 600 W.
| Device | Watts used | About this many hours | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full-size fridge (top freezer) | 41.4 W | 5.9 | capacity, watts, 0.85 |
| CPAP (ResMed AirSense 11) | 56.1 W | 4.3 | capacity, watts, 0.85 |
| Electric blanket (Sunbeam Microplush) | 100 W | 2.4 | capacity, watts, 0.85 |
Hours = 286 Wh x 0.85 / watts. A fridge cycles on and off and draws more for a moment when the compressor starts. Real runtimes vary with settings, room temperature and battery age. Source: buyerdecision.com/tools/power-station-runtime-cards

Next step
Check your own device's label for its watts and use the formula above. If you rely on a medical device such as a CPAP, ask your equipment provider about backup power before an outage.
Common questions
How long will a small power station run a CPAP?
About 4.4 hours for the Jackery Explorer 300 v2 (288 Wh) at the 56.1 W typical draw ResMed states for the AirSense 11, using a 0.85 efficiency factor. Check with your equipment provider before relying on it.
Method
- Formula. Hours = capacity (Wh) x 0.85 / device watts. The 0.85 factor is the working-time factor Jackery publishes.
- Capacity and AC output. From each maker's product page, as stated, read on 2026-10-26 for our dataset.
- Full-size fridge (top freezer): 41.4 W. The average draw of the median ENERGY STAR top-freezer fridge, 363 kWh a year across 750 models / 8,760 hours.
- CPAP (ResMed AirSense 11): 56.1 W. The "Typical power consumption 56.1W" in the ResMed user guide.
- Electric blanket (Sunbeam Microplush): 100 W. The rated wattage on the Sunbeam product page; lower heat settings draw less.
- Not covered. Start-up surge, running several devices at once, cold weather, battery wear, and charging while in use. We did not run any device on these stations.
